Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EasyCurrier platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Platform Description

EasyCurrier is a digital marketplace that connects individuals and businesses who need packages delivered ("Senders") with independent couriers ("Curriers") who provide delivery services. The Platform facilitates the posting of delivery requests, competitive bidding by couriers, real-time tracking, and in-app communication. EasyCurrier does not itself provide delivery services and is not a courier, shipping, or logistics company.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Each person may maintain only one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Token System

The Platform uses a token-based system as its internal currency. Tokens are required for certain actions, including placing bids on packages. Key points regarding tokens:

• Tokens are non-refundable once purchased.
• Tokens have no cash value outside the Platform and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
• New users receive a welcome bonus of tokens upon registration.
• Tokens may be earned through platform activity, including streaks, milestones, referrals, and off-peak bonuses.
• EasyCurrier reserves the right to adjust token pricing, bonus structures, and reward programs at any time.

5. Bidding Rules

Couriers may place bids on available packages. The following rules apply:

• Once a bid is submitted, it cannot be edited. Bids are final and binding as submitted.
• A bid may be withdrawn before it is accepted by the sender, but escrowed tokens may be forfeited.
• Senders may accept any bid at their sole discretion. The Platform does not guarantee acceptance of any bid.
• Repeated bid manipulation, collusion, or abuse of the bidding system may result in account suspension.

6. Delivery Responsibilities

Delivery arrangements, including pricing, timing, and logistics, are agreements between Senders and Curriers. Payment for delivery services is handled off-platform, directly between the parties. EasyCurrier is not a party to the delivery contract and is not liable for:

• Loss, damage, or theft of packages during transit.
• Delays in pickup or delivery.
• Disputes over payment between Senders and Curriers.
• The quality, safety, or legality of items shipped.

Curriers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of EasyCurrier.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to ship prohibited or illegal items.
• Impersonate another person or provide false information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Platform systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation, servers, or networks.
• Engage in bid manipulation, fake reviews, or fraudulent activity.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without authorization.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and other intellectual property on the Platform are owned by EasyCurrier or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent. User-generated content remains the property of the respective user, but by posting content on the Platform, you grant EasyCurrier a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform's operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyCurrier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to EasyCurrier in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

The Platform provides an internal dispute resolution mechanism. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes through the in-app dispute system before pursuing external remedies. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be submitted to mediation, and if mediation fails, to the competent courts of Albania.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature. EasyCurrier reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Remaining tokens are non-refundable upon account termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tirana, Albania.
